Ingredients
1 1/2 cups parsley with tender stems, packed
2 garlic cloves, grated
1 small red chili, de-seeded
2 teaspoons oregano leaves
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse several times in quick bursts until the mixture looks chunky. Taste and adjust seasonings with salt, pepper, and vinegar.
